I. Availability:

Please understand that our featured items offered are handcrafted and therefore in limited quantities and, because of their limited availability and nature of production, stock will not and cannot be refreshed. That means once an item is gone, it may be gone for good and not appear on the website again. When an item featured on zukhrufstudio.com is no longer in stock, we make every attempt to remove that item from the website in a timely manner.

II. Product Information

The prices displayed on the website are quoted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

i. Handcrafted – ZukhrufStudio products are handcrafted therefore we cannot guarantee that the product you see online and the purchased product will be exactly the same though every effort is made for it to be a very close match.

ii. Colors – We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors of our products that appear on the website. However, due to monitor discrepancies of personal computer/laptop/tablet/hand-held devices/mobile, we cannot guarantee that your display of color will be accurate.

iii. Pricing – In any case Zukhruf Studio product is listed at an incorrect price due to photographical or typographical error or error in pricing information, Zukhruf Studio shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. All our product prices and services are subject to tax as applicable by laws of Bangladesh.

iv. Payment and Credit Note – Zukhruf Studio shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit/debit card or mobile banking wallet charged within 14 working days from the date of your order placement. If your credit/debit card or mobile banking wallet has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, Zukhruf Studio shall issue a credit note/refund the charged amount.

v. Shipping and Processing Fees – Our shipping and processing charges are intended to compensate designated shipping companies in addition to covering the cost of processing your order, handling and packing the purchased products and delivering them to you. The risk of loss and title for items deliverable to you pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

III. Inaccuracy Disclaimer

From time to time there may be information on our website that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions that may relate to product descriptions, pricing, and availability. Return Policy

If you receive a product that is damaged in shipping, defective or that is not the product you ordered, please return it to Zukhruf Studio and we’ll arrange for a replacement. But some conditions apply. Those are:

Order must be checked in front of the delivery person (Inside Dhaka).
If you find any defect and you think you need to return the product, inform the “Customer Service Department” as soon as possible along with a picture and return it instantly. (Inside Dhaka)
If product is damaged it must be informed immediately after receiving and retuned within 3 days from the day the product has been received. (Outside Dhaka)
Product must be intact, however there can be exception (if the product is damaged).
Used product will not be considered for exchange or refund.
If the customer chooses or places an order by themselves and want to return/change the product (except damaged products) the request will not be accepted.
And in case of return for exceptional circumstances, customer must pay the transportation cost.
Original Invoice must be returned along with the product.

Verification:

Once we receive your returned product, the product will be forwarded to the Product Development and Inspection Department. It will take 1-2 business days to verify the issue and after verification if it is found that the claim is valid, then the product will be exchanged or money will be refunded.

Shipping & Delivery

We strive to deliver the products purchased from zukhrufstudio.com in excellent condition and in the fastest time possible. Before starting our delivery process we would confirm your order and payment details over phone. We deliver to your doorstep all around Bangladesh.

Our delivery time starts right after we have confirmed your order,

Inside Dhaka – Delivery in Dhaka will be completed in 48 hours after the confirmation. Our delivery charges are free upon ordering above 999+ taka. Nominal delivery charges area applicable below that.
Outside Dhaka –Products will be dispatched from our warehouse promptly after the confirmation. 3-4 days time is required for delivery outside Dhaka depending upon the distance and our affiliated courier service. Any order above 1999+ taka will be delivered free. For orders below 1999 taka, delivery charges of 70 taka will be added.
